Project Delivery Manager

Do you enjoy taking ownership of complex projects and turning plans into successful delivery? We're looking for experienced Project Delivery Managers to lead projects and change initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and transition.

About The Role

You'll have end-to-end accountability for your assigned projects, ensuring agreed outputs are delivered within scope, time, cost and quality expectations.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, actively manage plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies and make sure issues are addressed before they become barriers to successful delivery. You'll also ensure projects transition effectively into the business and create the capability needed to realise their intended benefits.

What will you be doing?

As Project Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Lead assigned projects and initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the development of business cases, bringing together the inputs needed to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and actively manage integrated plans, milestones, critical paths, budgets and resources.
  • Select and tailor predictive, agile, iterative or hybrid delivery approaches according to the initiative.
  • Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and hold workstream leads, partners and suppliers accountable for commitments.
  • Actively manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change.
  • Monitor and forecast delivery and financial performance, intervening early where performance moves outside agreed tolerances.
  • Maintain appropriate governance, assurance and project controls.
  • Coordinate implementation, transition and handover into operational use.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
