Role - Project Coordinator - Workplace Design and Build Studio
Location - London
Salary - £45-50K
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join one of London's leading Design & Build companies. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project administration and document management
- Health & Safety documentation and compliance
- Supplier and subcontractor administration
- Purchase Orders and contract administration
- Project close-out documentation
- Site establishment, branding and signage coordination
- Office administration and supplier account management
- First point of contact for IT support and software licence management

Our Client are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a collaborative project environment. Previous experience within the Construction, Design & Build or Fit Out sector would be highly advantageous.
