Project Designer | Workplace Design & Build | London

£45,000–£60,000 + bonus

Are you at your best developing bold concepts as part of a talented design team, or do you prefer taking full ownership of a project from brief to completion?

I’m partnering with a leading London workplace design and build specialist looking to appoint two Project Designers, with two very different opportunities available.

Enterprise Project Designer

You’ll work on larger, high-profile workplace projects within an integrated design team, supporting the creative journey from initial pitch through to delivery.

This role will suit someone who enjoys:

  • Developing standout workplace concepts
  • Fast-paced space planning and design development
  • Contributing to pitches and client presentations
  • Collaborating with experienced designers
  • Challenging a brief and pushing the creative thinking further

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

SME Project Designer

On some projects, you’ll also act as the main client contact, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and see your own ideas brought to life.

This role will suit someone who values autonomy, variety, and end-to-end project involvement.
