A leading US law firm is seeking a 2-5 PQE Associate to join its highly regarded Project Development & Finance team in London.

The team advises leading sponsors, developers, private equity investors, and financial institutions on complex, high-value energy and infrastructure transactions, with particular strength across energy transition, renewables, and emerging energy technologies.

The role will have a strong project finance focus, advising on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financings, alongside the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to project development and commercial arrangements.

  • 2-5 PQE from a leading UK or international firm.
  • Experience in project finance, banking & finance, energy, or infrastructure.
  • Strong technical, drafting, and transactional skills.
  • A genuine interest in energy transition and infrastructure.
  • An interest in developing a practice spanning both project finance and development.
