Role: Project Director

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract duration: 6 Months

Day rate: £510 outside IR35

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years in senior project or programme management, with proven experience leading complex multi-agency programmes
  • Deep experience in experiential and events delivery - including large-scale live experiences, roadshows, or immersive activations for B2B or consumer audiences
  • Track record of managing PR agencies within integrated campaign programmes - understanding the relationship between earned media and physical activation
  • Digital experience delivery - campaign websites, landing pages, and digital activations in an integrated campaign context
  • Strong commercial management background - budget ownership, supplier contracts, cost control across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple external agencies simultaneously, holding them to brief, timeline, and quality
  • Track record of managing senior stakeholders (Director and C-suite level) in large, complex organisations

Highly desirable

  • Experience working within or alongside an in-house creative agency or production studio
  • Background in B2B, technology, or Cyber Security campaign delivery

  • Experience managing integrated programmes across physical and digital channels simultaneously

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) desirable but not essential if experience is strong
