About the Company & Role
A long established, highly respected design and build specialist with deep roots in the commercial interiors sector. Operating from Berkshire and delivering major workplace projects across London, the business is known for its consistency, technical strength, and long term client relationships. With a strong pipeline of repeat and referral work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Director who can provide senior leadership, drive commercial performance, and uphold the high standards the company is known for.
This is a senior appointment with genuine influence, autonomy, and visibility across the wider business.
The company is looking for an established Project Director with a proven track record delivering complex CAT A and CAT B fit out projects in London. You will take full ownership of client relationships, strategic project direction, commercial outcomes, and the performance of delivery teams.
This role requires someone who is already operating at a senior level within the D&B sector: confident in front of clients, commercially astute, and capable of overseeing multiple projects while shaping wider business strategy. You will act as a key figurehead for London delivery, ensuring the business continues to be recognised as a trusted partner for high quality workplace projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
