A leading international construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Director / Project Lead to oversee the delivery of a major infrastructure package on a high-profile data centre development in North London.
This is a unique opportunity to take a senior leadership role on one of the UK's most significant mission-critical projects, managing the delivery of complex civils and infrastructure works from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
Reporting into the senior project leadership team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure package, ensuring programme, commercial, quality and safety objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of a major infrastructure and enabling works package.
- Managing multidisciplinary project teams and key supply chain partners.
- Driving programme performance and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Maintaining strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
- Overseeing commercial performance, risk management and project controls.
- Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and quality across the project.
- Supporting recruitment, mentoring and development of project delivery teams.
About You
- Proven experience operating at Project Director, Project Lead, Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager level.
- Strong track record delivering major infrastructure, civils, industrial, mission-critical or data centre projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing large project budgets and complex delivery programmes.
- Able to lead high-performing teams within a fast-paced project environment.
