Project Director | Hospitality Development
Six Figure + Bonus + Car Allowance
We're exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding, design-led hospitality business to appoint a Project Director who will take ownership of its UK development pipeline.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead projects from feasibility through to opening, managing everything from design, procurement and construction to commercial performance, programme and stakeholder management. You'll oversee national flagship developments alongside refurbishment and capital projects across an operational portfolio. This is a genuine client-side leadership role with significant autonomy and direct influence over the growth of the business.

As this is a national role there is the requirement for travel but it does allow a flexible location base for working. The head office is in London and you will need to be there every so often.
Key Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- Client-side or developer experience delivering major UK construction projects.
- A proven track record leading projects of £20m+.
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise (JCT/NEC).
- Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- The ability to balance design quality with programme, cost and delivery.
- Hospitality, leisure and or food & beverage experience is required.
- The role would suit someone with experience of working with debt funders.
