Project Director

Location: Bath

Salary: £130,000 - £170,000 + Travel Allowance + Package Bonus + Private Medical + Pension + Accommodation + Long-Term Projects + Career Progression

Are you an experienced Project Director looking to lead the delivery of a major food manufacturing facility from inception through to completion?

Join a leading international construction contractor delivering complex industrial and manufacturing projects across the UK and Europe. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a flagship food production development, working alongside an experienced senior leadership team on a project that will play a key role in expanding UK manufacturing capability.

You'll be joining a business known for its collaborative culture, fast-paced decision making and commitment to promoting from within. With a flat management structure and direct access to senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to influence project strategy, implement new ideas and make decisions that genuinely impact project success.

Your Role As Project Director Will Include

  • Leading the successful delivery of a major food manufacturing construction project from cradle to grave.
  • Providing leadership across Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commercial, Design, Planning and Site Delivery teams.
  • Driving programme, commercial performance, quality, health & safety and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

As A Project Director You Will Have

  • Previous experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Construction Director or Operations Manager delivering major construction projects.
  • Experience delivering food manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing or other technically complex construction developments.
  • A strong main contractor background with responsibility for large multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Civil / Build background
