Sucasa Events is a family-run hospitality business built on trust, legacy, and long-standing relationships. Sucasa Events focuses on intimate, refined, and discreet experiences that prioritise loyalty, repeat business, and word-of-mouth recommendations over mass promotion. Events are curated for carefully considered guest lists, built from decades of friendships and professional respect. The company’s culture emphasises attention to detail, discretion, and consistently exceptional service. We are expanding our operations in 2027 across multiple sporting markets.

Role Description

The Project Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-end hospitality and events, ensuring each project reflects Sucasa’s standards of excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinating with venues and suppliers
  • Overseeing guest communications and logistics

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership within events, hospitality, or luxury services, with strong end-to-end project delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, with the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills, including, importantly, budget oversight and timeline management across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a professional, discreet manner.
  • Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, including use of digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment.
  • Experience in luxury or high-profile events, and familiarity with sport, Formula 1 or similar premium hospitality sectors, is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in events management, business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
