Major Players Partnership Opportunity

Major Players are partnering with an independent, award-winning experiential design agency who specialise in luxury retail installations, window displays, and in-store activations for some of the world’s leading luxury retail, fashion, and lifestyle brands.

They’re now looking for a Director of Projects & Client Services to lead their UK project management team, owning all UK projects, acting as the first point of escalation for clients, setting team standards and processes, taking a hands-on role on their largest projects, joining pitches, and supporting the Creative Director on longer-lead work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop the UK Project Management Team: Performance, mentoring, recruitment, and succession planning, while setting the processes and standards the team works to.
  • Act as Senior Client Liaison and Escalation Point: Reporting to the Board and collaborating day-to-day with the Global CEO; strengthen relationships and grow repeat business across 10+ concurrent projects.
  • Own Project Financial Performance End-to-End: Budgeting, forecasting, profitability, quotations, invoicing, and reconciliation, and interpret client briefs accurately for internal teams and suppliers.
  • Identify and Mitigate Project Risk: Own timelines and critical paths so projects deliver on time and to expectation.
  • Visit Production Facility Regularly: Review progress and support supplier negotiations, and provide on-site leadership at surveys and installations through to client sign-off.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
