The Role
Our client, a highly respected, independently owned consultancy specializing in securing and managing farming grant funding, is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Leader to support the next phase of its growth.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for commercializing business operations, driving operational excellence, and developing a strategic roadmap for sustainable business growth. Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will lead key projects, optimize processes, identify new commercial opportunities, and ensure the business is well-positioned to capitalize on future market developments.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute and ambitious project leader with a proven ability to manage complex projects and drive business growth within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. They will combine strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management skills and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the agricultural sector.
They will be a proactive, results-oriented individual who is comfortable taking ownership, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through to execution. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
