Project Director – Construction Cut & Carve

The Shore Group are working with a highly regarded London contractor that has built an enviable reputation delivering complex commercial refurbishment, retrofit and cut & carve schemes across the capital.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and a growing portfolio of high-profile projects, they are looking for an established Project Director to take ownership of landmark schemes valued at £40m-£70m+.

You'll be the driving force behind some of London's most challenging commercial transformations, leading teams from pre-construction through to completion, influencing client strategy and playing a visible role in the future growth of the business.

We Are Interested In Speaking To:

Senior Project Managers or Project Directors currently delivering major commercial refurbishment, retrofit, workplace or cut & carve projects within Tier 1 contractors or established specialist refurbishment businesses.

  • Experience leading projects valued at £40m+
  • Strong commercial office refurbishment and retrofit expertise
  • A proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • The credibility to lead clients, consultants and high-performing delivery teams
