The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Director to join socialed and take ownership of how our work gets delivered as well as leading on new and existing client accounts.

This role is focussed on bringing operational and account excellence to our business across a range of high-growth start-ups, established UK/US brands and large multi-national / group organisations. This is primarily focussed on:

  • Driving internal efficiency
  • Ensuring projects land on time and at a high standard
  • Creating clarity, structure and accountability across the team for our clients.

You will act as the conduit between strategy, creative and execution, monitoring and overseeing projects from brief to delivery. You will report to the founders.

You will also take ownership of a number of key client accounts, bringing your experience to our accounts function and acting as a trusted partner to clients.

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

Delivery & Ops:

  • Oversee delivery from brief through to final output.
  • Keep projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate internal teams and remove blockers.
  • Ensure clear communication across strategy, creative and production.

Agency Ops:

  • Improve internal processes and reporting.
  • Maintain quality control across deliverables.
  • Budget management across production & retainer clients.
  • New business brief handling to forecast capacity and resource plan.
  • Build accountability across the team.

Client Leadership:

  • Lead a portfolio of key client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted partner to our brands.
  • Lead quarterly planning and senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and additional services.

  • Has 5+ years in an agency environment (social, influencer, production or integrated)
  • Is naturally organised, structured and detail-oriented
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments
  • Is confident managing both clients and internal teams
  • Understands how social/content/production workflows operate
  • Is comfortable being the person who holds the standard
