We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. You will take overall responsibility for operational, commercial, and financial performance, while leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction leader to shape project delivery, drive continuous improvement, and make a lasting impact across the business.
Your main duties:
- Lead project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Drive operational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, risks, programmes, and contractual requirements.
- Lead and develop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Manage key relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes and construction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and programme.
- Ensure compliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, governance, CSR, and sustainability across projects.

Your skills:
- Senior construction experience with a proven track record delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion, ideally within a main contractor environment.
- Strong commercial and operational expertise.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
- Strategic and pragmatic approach, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety and quality, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
