Do you want to make an impact?

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. You will take overall responsibility for operational, commercial, and financial performance, while leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction leader to shape project delivery, drive continuous improvement, and make a lasting impact across the business.


Your main duties:

  • Lead project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Drive operational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, risks, programmes, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead and develop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Manage key relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes and construction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and programme.
  • Ensure compliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, governance, CSR, and sustainability across projects.

Your skills:

  • Senior construction experience with a proven track record delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion, ideally within a main contractor environment.
  • Strong commercial and operational expertise.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Strategic and pragmatic approach, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety and quality, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
