You will be joining as a Project Director and are expected to feel confident and comfortable delivering schemes in excess of £50million in construction value under JCT D&B Contracts.
This specific hire will be working on a well known office development in central London which is currently on site and due to be delivered in the next couple of years. It is over 600,000 sq ft!
Requirements
Candidates who have experience in other sectors will be considered for this role but the preference is for candidates to have private sector mixed use or commercial experience.
Candidates must have UK Project Management experience and have at least 10 years of consultancy experience.
Compensation
In return, candidates will be well remunerated with a salary depending on experience but ranging from £90,000 up to £110,000 basic plus a private pension scheme, life insurance and private medical cover, along with a discretionary bonus scheme.
