Project Director
Base Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client is a leading international consultancy with an established reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects with sustainability at the forefront of the built environment. In response to continued growth and increasing demand for sustainable development expertise, they are appointing a Project Director to lead major programmes across the UK and international markets.
The Role
- Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex, high-value projects, taking overall responsibility for successful delivery against programme, commercial, quality and sustainability objectives.
- Act as a senior client interface, developing trusted relationships with major developers, investors, asset owners, and public-sector organisations.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, providing direction across design, procurement, construction, risk, and project governance.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify new opportunities, strengthen key accounts, and support the continued growth of the consultancy across UK and international markets.

The Person
- Ideally hold a degree qualification in engineering, energy, environmental science, sustainability, or a related technical discipline.
- Offer a significant track record of successfully leading complex, high-value projects within an energy, sustainability, engineering, or built environment consultancy setting.
- Possess strong commercial and strategic awareness with a sound understanding of sustainability, energy transition, and the wider challenges facing the built environment.
- Be an accomplished senior leader and client-facing professional, capable of influencing key stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary teams, and operating effectively across UK and international markets.
