Independent Project Consultancy

£90,000-£105,000 + bonus + benefits, London

This market leading project management consultancy work with high profile corporate occupiers in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.

Their specialist occupier team work on bespoke CAT B projects, as opposed large repeat frameworks, with typical clients falling in the high end finance, legal and professional services sectors.

They currently seek a Project Manager at Associate/Project Director level to join their expanding occupier team to act as project and client lead on projects from £2m-£15m, with some reaching £65m.

✨ Why this role?

You will join a team that boasts high employee engagement and low staff turnover. You’ll be working with a Director, supported by a strong PM team, helping to lead projects for a high profile client base.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
  • Track record delivering projects under JCT contract
  • Proven experience within the CAT B occupier sector
  • Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent) or on pathway
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
