A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Project Director to take overall responsibility for the delivery of a major residential development in North West London.
This is a high-profile, complex scheme in a prime London location, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Director to take ownership of a major development from the current construction phase through to completion.
The Opportunity
The development comprises a high-rise RC frame residential tower, alongside a separate building providing affordable housing and retail accommodation. The wider scheme also incorporates extensive public realm and amenity improvements.
Construction is already underway, with the basement works completed by the previous developer. The project is now entering the key above-ground construction phases, giving the successful Project Director the opportunity to lead the development through the RC frame, façade, MEP, fit-out, testing, commissioning and final completion.

The Role
The Project Director will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the development, providing senior leadership across programme, construction, quality, health & safety, design coordination, commercial performance and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will lead the project team, drive programme performance, manage key contractor and consultant relationships and ensure the development is delivered to the highest standards through to practical completion and handover.
