We’re hiring an experienced Project Director to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex quantitative and qualitative research programmes for a well‑established UK research consultancy.
The role
- Own projects from setup through to delivery, including plans, schedules, risk registers and budgets
- Manage timelines, resources, scope and fieldwork across multiple projects
- Uphold high standards of quality, data protection and documentation
- Lead client conversations on scope, progress and issue resolution
- Contribute to proposals, costings and business improvement initiatives
- Coach colleagues in project management best practice

You’ll bring
- Significant project management experience in research, insight, consultancy or professional services
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and profitability
- Experience leading and developing colleagues
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence with project management systems and Microsoft Office

What’s on offer
- Hybrid working (c. 60% office) with offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow or Manchester
- Full‑time, permanent role
- Salary £45,000–£55,000 plus private medical cover, life assurance, personalised training plan and regular social events
