Project Director - Civils Sub Contractor (PORTUGAL)
Concrete & Civils Package | Portugal
£/€150k Base and circa 40% bonus (£220K)

Working with a leading Subcontractor who have expanded to Portugal working on one of the leading projects in the region. The project is £30m Concrete and Civils package on a large scale Industrial project south of Lisbon. Strong pipeline of work in the region and very strong financial incentive for this highlighting its significance to the client.

The Role
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of a major concrete and civils package on a fast-paced construction programme.
- Lead the project team, with PMs and Construction Managers responsible for day-to-day site delivery.
- Act as the senior client-facing lead, managing relationships, reporting and key project decisions.
- Maintain a helicopter view across programme, commercial performance, risk, quality and delivery.
- Drive the project against key time and margin targets, with a significant performance-related bonus.
- Support the continued growth of the project as the scope and workforce expand.

Requirements
- Senior Project Director / Project Lead experience delivering major concrete, civils or structural packages.
- Strong subcontractor / specialist contractor background preferred.
- Proven experience leading large site teams and complex, fast-track programmes.
- Commercially strong with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
- EU passport required.
