ERP Project Director
Location: Wolverhampton - 4 days on site (On site/Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + car allowance/bonus/excellent package
The Opportunity
Our client is a large, international manufacturing group operating across multiple divisions and countries. They're looking for a Director, Project Management to lead the execution and governance of their most significant ERP projects. This is a multi ERP environment, their strategic view is they want to reduce their ERPs from 19 ERPs to 5 ERPs. You will lead on governance and execution of this.
This is a high-visibility role. The projects you lead will carry major financial impact, broad employee impact, or both. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business divisions and corporate functions, and you'll be the driving force behind a consistent, organisation-wide approach to change management.

- Leading complex programmes and major projects so they're delivered on time, in scope, within budget and to the satisfaction of internal and external customers
- Must have led on ERP programmes
- Ideally have worked in consolidating multiple ERPs.
- Led on RFP processes
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their goals, then setting milestones and metrics that keep disruption to operations and customers to a minimum
- Monitoring and reporting on how well implemented projects and improvements are working
- Coordinating approval of process and procedure changes that span multiple functions or business segments
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and deciding how projects are prioritised and resourced across the group
- Applying an established change management methodology across the organisation, including training project teams and using standard tools and templates
- Building buy-in with affected employee groups, spotting and addressing resistance to change, and making sure new ways of working are adopted
- Working with Internal Communications to share progress and milestones with key stakeholders and the wider business
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practice in project and change management

What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- A proven track record of managing projects and coordinating resources across teams you don't directly manage
- Experience managing budgets and project metrics
- People management experience (strongly preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally
