The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development from inception through to operational readiness.
This is a high-profile, technically complex programme involving significant capital investment, demanding programme milestones and a broad ecosystem of international stakeholders, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
The successful candidate will provide senior leadership across the entire project lifecycle, taking accountability for programme delivery, commercial performance, construction execution, quality, safety and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the delivery of a hyperscale data centre programme.
- Take full accountability for project performance, programme, cost, quality, safety and delivery outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate the client, design team, main contractor, specialist contractors and key suppliers.
- Establish and maintain robust governance, reporting and project controls.
- Drive programme strategy and ensure critical milestones are achieved.
- Oversee design development, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational readiness.
- Proactively identify and manage programme risks, interfaces, dependencies and opportunities.
- Provide decisive leadership in resolving complex technical, commercial and programme issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Challenge performance and drive continuous improvement across the delivery team.
