JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation of Global meetings for Project/ Product Development/ Tenders
- Responsible for briefing projects into Global PD (Design, R&D, Engineer)
- Prepare Mechanical Artwork request form and ensure to meet regional regulatory compliance with Approver for label print.
- Manage to communicate with suppliers for cost quoting by filling RFP (request for Price) and timeline preparation.
- Coordinate to review and get approval of pre-production samples from brands (House/ License) before providing permission for mass production.
- Cross teamwork with Sales/ Global & Regional PD/ Brand / Design / Marketing/ Engineer/ Quality for Product/ Project Management/ Procurement/ Planning/ Export.
- Prepare for New Product Code form and details of Product Specification.
- Update the internal team for the request of Cosmetic Product Safety Assessments if NEW PRODUCT is developed.
- Have sense and understanding UK & EU Cosmetic Regulation, communicate with Global R&D to ensure formula compliance, sense of market trend required.
- Sustainability Package Quality check and provide professional ideas for Product Development.
- Co-work with suppliers/ manufacturers, collect Formulation document (INCI, COA, MSDS) for regional registration.
- Visit exhibition for new product exploring (if necessary).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years working experience includes international business trade background, Hospitality, Personal Care experience preferable.
- Have experience involving hospitality product ranges, Personal Care, Cosmetics Development manufacturers.
- Experience in costing analyst, formula development, EU/ UK Compliance, Sustainability Package Sourcing preferable.
