We are hiring a Project Engineer for our client, if you’re passionate about AV/UC technology and want to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
This role will be responsible for the technical delivery of projects across customer environments, supporting the full lifecycle — from design and deployment through validation and handover.
Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Industry: AV / Unified Communications
Key Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and testing of deployments
- Configure and deploy platform components (servers, integrations, automation workflows)
- Deliver large-scale AV/UC deployments across multiple sites
- Perform system validation and acceptance testing
- Support mass rollout and global deployment strategies
- Provide documentation and handover into operations

Technical Focus
- Review and validate customer infrastructure and network requirements
- Configure integrations with AV, UC, and IT systems
- Support automation scripts and monitoring setup
- Assist with ITSM integrations for service automation
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with customer IT teams, architects, and project stakeholders
- Collaborate internally with Project Managers, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Provide technical input during workshops and design discussions

Skills & Experience
- Experience in AV/UC deployment or systems engineering
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure
- Background in delivering customer-facing technical projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Travel
Some travel may be required depending on project needs and customer locations.
