Project Engineer Opportunity in Middlesbrough
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer to join a major construction project in Middlesbrough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer with strong construction experience to join an established project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate engineering activities between the project, construction, and design teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved designs and project requirements
- Support the resolution of technical queries and engineering issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure engineering activities are delivered to programme
- Maintain accurate engineering records and documentation
- Assist with inspections, quality control, and handover activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction engineering principles and processes
- Experience working with drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Relevant engineering/construction qualification
- Available for an immediate start
