About The Role

Join our Power Transmission and Distribution team as a Project Engineer on our Operational Team and you’ll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.
This position will be working on the New Deer project based in Aberdeen
Working Hours: 45 per week

- Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts
- Take responsibility for smaller projects or sections of larger projects
- Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors

- Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party
- Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality
- Monitor and record works to ensure compliance in a timely manner

Who we're looking for
You Will Have The Following
- Ideally have experience and tracker record in delivering underground cable projects
- Experience of supporting large infrastructure projects within our Industry.
- Knowledge and experience of Project Management methodology.
- Strong People Management Commercial awareness with knowledge of both budgetary and financial control.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
