Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for site activities.
  • Promote safety by ensuring work is planned and executed safely, challenging unsafe practices.
  • Support the delivery of process pipework systems (hygienic and non-hygienic), vessels, and multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
  • Develop a clear understanding of project requirements, specifications, budgets, and timescales.
  • Assist in delivering projects in line with programme schedules and financial targets.
  • Participate in project start up meetings.
  • Attend regular project progress and design review meetings.
  • Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) from engineering drawings for estimating and procurement purposes.
  • Source and procure materials and equipment required for project delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation teams, and supply chain partners.
  • Ensure equipment manufacture and pipework installation activities meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors including electrical, structural, insulation, and specialist contractors.
  • Identify, record, and manage project variations and changes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
