Project Engineer

Belfast
£38,000 - £50,000 + Company Car + Expenses + Profit Share + Progression + Training

Build a long-term career in a role offering stability and genuine job satisfaction, where you'll have the support to develop your technical knowledge while managing interesting engineering projects. This is an opportunity for an engineer looking to join a company where staff longevity is valued, your work has a direct impact on the success of projects and there is a clear pathway from Project Engineer to Project Manager and ultimately Senior Project Manager.

Join a long-standing and highly established BMS and controls company, recognised as one of the biggest control companies in Ireland, with a sister company based in Manchester. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and CAD Engineers, giving you plenty of technical support while working on projects involving BMS, control panels, boilers, pumps, air conditioning and energy management systems. After 12 months, you'll also become eligible to participate in the company's Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), giving you the opportunity to benefit from the company's annual profits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
