Outsource UK is proud to be partnering with Exolum to recruit a Project Engineer to join their engineering team at Immingham.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to deliver a range of capital projects across Exolum's terminal and pipeline infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time and within budget within a highly regulated COMAH environment.

You'll work closely with Operations, Engineering, HSSE and Commercial teams, managing contractors and driving projects that support asset integrity, operational improvements and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engineering and capital projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules and programmes of work.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Support the Management of Change (MoC) process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, UK legislation and industry regulations.
- Monitor project performance, costs and progress, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Promote safe working practices and continuous improvement across all project activities.

About You
You'll have experience delivering engineering or capital projects within a highly regulated industrial environment such as oil & gas, fuel storage, chemicals, energy, petrochemical or COMAH.
You'll also have:
- Degree, HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience managing contractors and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
