£45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus + Company Benefits + 33 Days Holiday

Are you a Project Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to join an internationally recognised specialist precision-engineering company where you will receive full inhouse training as you oversee a variety of exciting innovative manufacturing projects within the defence and aerospace industries?
Are you looking for a role offering a wide scope of progression, including to Project Manager, alongside a generous remuneration package and opportunities to explore the globe visiting clients across the UK, Europe, the US, and China?
In this role you will be assisting in project duties as you learn the ropes with a mixture of on-the-job learning and shadowing, as you eventually develop into a fully autonomous Project Engineer. You will oversee projects from cradle to grave, organising documents, liaising with internal and external teams, and ensuring projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality requirements. There will be occasional site visits across the UK and eventually internationally.

This role would suit a Project Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to bolster their career with a wide range of training and scope for progression, including towards Project Manager positions, within a well-established company.
The Role:
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Ensure projects adhere to budget, time, and quality constraints
- Coordinate internal and external teams
- Occasional site visits, including abroad
- 5 hours a week, 8:30 - 6pm, Monday - Thursday, 4:30 finish on Friday
