The Role

We’re hiring across both Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer level, depending on experience.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and site teams to support the successful delivery of projects from design through to completion. For more senior candidates, you’ll take on greater ownership across coordination, delivery, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery through strong coordination of subcontractors and site activities
  • Manage and resolve design issues, working closely with consultants and the broader team
  • Assist (or lead, at senior level) in program development and ongoing schedule management
  • Oversee cost tracking, quality assurance, and environmental compliance on site
  • Drive health and safety outcomes across all project activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and smarter ways of working

  • Relevant building or construction qualifications
  • Proven experience on large-scale building projects (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
  • Strong technical capability and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing design processes
  • Solid understanding of cost, quality, and program management
  • A genuine commitment to safety and team culture
