As a Project Engineering Manager (PEM), you will be responsible for coordinating the engineering execution of customer projects. You will work closely with project managers, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to help ensure technical deliverables are achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations.
Fuel your passion
You will be:
- Leading and coordinating engineering activities for assigned projects.
- Supporting detailed engineering planning and helping ensure execution aligns with project objectives.
- Delivering engineering scope in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budget expectations.
- Facilitating regular project reviews to monitor progress, resource utilization, and costs.
- Coordinating the identification and resolution of technical risks, issues, and design challenges.
- Providing clear project updates and technical communication to key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with engineering, project management, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams to support project delivery.
- Representing the engineering function during customer meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Have experience in project engineering, systems engineering, or project engineering management within product or system-based environments.
- Have experience supporting projects within industrial, energy, automation, controls, process, or related industries.
- Have effective project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Have experience working with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- Have the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Have experience analyzing information, identifying challenges, and supporting practical solutions.
- Have demonstrated experience delivering programs and projects to agreed objectives.
- Have experience planning, documenting, coordinating, and executing project activities.
- Have established project management skills and an understanding of project delivery processes.
- Have flexibility to undertake occasional international travel, as required by project needs.
