Project Executive – Events
Creative Events Agency | SW London
£28,000–£30,000 + benefits

The Opportunity
We’re working with an established creative events agency specialising in creating and delivering engaging events and experiences for a range of clients.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Project Executive to join their team and support projects from initial planning through to live delivery and post-event activity.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are likely to be the same. You’ll work closely with senior members of the team, taking ownership of your own project tasks while gaining valuable exposure to the wider event delivery process.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the team across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of live events and experiences
- Managing project tasks, timelines, and critical paths to ensure deadlines are met
- Supporting venue and supplier research, sourcing, and negotiation
- Assisting with budgets, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and reconciliation
- Attending venue site visits and preparing site visit reports
- Supporting event build, breakdown, and on-site delivery
- Preparing event documentation including crew lists, contact lists, rooming lists, and event A–Zs
- Supporting production office and on-site logistics
- Checking plans, artwork, and event materials for accuracy and updates
- Assisting with RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Researching and developing the agency’s supplier network
- Supporting client and delegate management before, during, and after events
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and FAM trips
- Providing social media content from relevant industry events
- Supporting general project and team administration, including travel and accommodation

About You
We’re looking for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in an events agency, creative agency, experiential, brand experience, or similar client-facing environment.
You might currently be working as a:

- Junior Project Manager
- Event Project Assistant

You’ll ideally have:
- Experience supporting events or projects from planning through to delivery
- Strong organisation and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
- Confidence working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- A genuine interest in the events and creative industries
- The flexibility to travel and work on-site when required
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- The resilience and composure to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
