With over 35 years’ experience, we deliver high-quality qualitative and quantitative fieldwork using a wide range of methodologies, from interviewer-led approaches to digital and online solutions.

We are known for our rigorous quality standards, strong client relationships and commitment to delivering reliable, meaningful data. Our team works collaboratively with clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, ethically and to the highest professional standards.

We are looking for strong communicators, who are able to resolve conflicts, meet multiple deadlines every single day, and can work at pace taking initiative, managing project budgets and handling internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, working closely with colleagues and the Head of Projects.
  • Managing research projects from initial setup through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
  • Setting up and managing projects within Forsta and other internal systems, ensuring all project information is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Carrying out survey link checks and quality control checks before projects go live, ensuring questionnaires, routing and respondent journeys are working as expected.
  • Monitoring fieldwork and reviewing incoming data throughout the project to identify any quality issues, inconsistencies or potential problems.
  • Conducting data checks and reviewing tables and outputs to ensure they are accurate and meet the agreed client specification.
  • Liaising with external suppliers and fieldwork partners, managing timelines, requirements and deliverables throughout the project.
  • Providing clients with clear, proactive updates on project progress, fieldwork performance and any issues that arise.
  • Identifying and resolving project delivery issues quickly, escalating where appropriate and keeping clients informed.
  • Managing project budgets and supplier costs, maintaining strong commercial awareness throughout delivery.
  • Working closely with internal programming, data processing, fieldwork and operations teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control across all aspects of project delivery.
  • Delivering consistently high levels of client service and achieving strong client satisfaction scores.

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the Market Research sector
  • Be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 year Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrate experience with CATI, CAPI or CAWI research methodologies
  • Have a good working knowledge of Excel, numbers, ratios & formulas
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation
  • A proven ability to manage budgets as well as multiple deadlines on a constantly changing basis
  • Have excellent listening skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to handle pressure to resolve issues calmly
  • Have a strict eye for detail and numbers

Location

Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days per week in our Hebden Bridge office

Salary

£28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience

The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but accepting some early starts or late finishes may be required to meet project deadlines.
