About the Role
We are looking for a talented Project Executive located in the UK or the US to join our team to lead on our purpose, build our business capabilities, and transform the lives of marketers through client projects covering all areas of our services (marketing operations, marketing skills & capabilities, Marketing technology and Marketing procurement). You will be working across a portfolio of projects, responsible for assisting the client facing teams in running projects smoothly and providing broader business support where required.
The role will be ideal for a very sharp and confident character and who has exceptional organisational skills, a wish to continuously learn more and proven team spirit.

Responsibilities
- Client Activity
- Assist Flock project teams on client work with things such as (but not limited to) workshop preparation & logistics, agency onboarding and internal set up of our proprietary tools including survey building, reporting and data validation, research, presentation writing and design, information gathering, note taking, proofreading + more.
- Internal Admin
- Administration support on things such as (but not limited to) facilitating hours tracking, budget reporting, folder upkeep/organisation.
- AI
- Existing AI bot oversight/maintenance, support on implementation of AI innovation, building and testing as required.
- New Business
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Flock database and provide support on new business proposals as required.
Experience Needed
- Self-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn
- Marketing/Digital Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of practical experience
- Basic understanding of marketing and a genuine interest to learn more
- Good project management skills
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- High degree of initiative and a proactive approach
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly and demonstrate strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent team player.
- Positive, fun and can-do attitude.
