Job title: Project Facilitator – Oral Health & Toothbrushing Programmes (Dental Nurse/Practitioner)
Location: Gloucestershire / Bristol / South West
Job type: Full-time, home-based with regional travel
About the role
At Home Dental's Big Brush Club supports over 95,000 children across 1,600+ schools with daily supervised toothbrushing. We've secured a new contract in the Gloucestershire and Bristol area, and we're looking for a qualified Dental Nurse or Dental Practitioner to join us as a Project Facilitator to help us launch and grow it.
This role suits someone who wants a change from the surgery environment. You'll be working independently across schools and the community, representing At Home Dental in a corporate and commissioner-facing capacity rather than chairside. You'll onboard new schools, deliver supervised toothbrushing sessions, carry out outreach work with the support of your Project Manager, and build relationships with NHS commissioners. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a regional team making a measurable difference to children's health.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
