Leading US Firm Seeks Project Finance Lawyer for London Team
A leading US firm is looking to add a project finance lawyer to its London team. The practice focuses on a select number of exceptionally large and complex international projects, offering associates the chance to work closely with a small team on transactions that sit at the top end of the market.
Scope of Work
The work spans LNG, oil and gas, mining, metals, and infrastructure, with a particular focus on projects in emerging markets. Recent mandates have included multibillion-dollar financings in Africa and major mining projects in Asia. The role offers exposure to the financing of these projects, as well as related investment and corporate arrangements.
