An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Finance Associate to join a leading international law firm with a highly regarded finance practice. You'll work on a broad range of complex financing transactions, advising domestic and international clients on sophisticated, high-value matters across a variety of sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on market-leading transactions while developing strong client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for your own matters.
Role
- Advise on a broad range of structured and project financing transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate financing and ancillary documentation
- Support transactions from initial structuring through to completion
- Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Advise clients on commercial and legal risk throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Supervise and support junior lawyers where appropriate
- Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience gained within a recognised Banking & Finance or Project Finance practice
- Experience advising on complex financing transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
- Commercially focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing transaction workstreams and working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- A collaborative approach and ambition to develop within a leading international practice

Hybrid working and salary up to £150,000 plus benefits and bonus
