Track Legal are partnered with a leading international law firm looking to add an exceptional Project Finance Associate to its London team.
This is an international practice with truly global capability advising on the development and financing of major energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects, with particular strength across renewables and power, mining and metals, digital infrastructure and other major energy transition projects.
The work is broad and sophisticated, with the team acting for sponsors, lenders, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, investors and governments on complex cross-border matters across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and emerging markets.

The team regularly handles multi-source project financings alongside the wider development and commercial arrangements underpinning major projects, giving associates exposure well beyond straightforward financing documentation.
They are looking for an outstanding Project Finance Associate 2–5 PQE with:
- Strong project finance experience
- Excellent academics and technical ability
- Experience working on sophisticated, high-value transactions
- A genuine interest in the energy, infrastructure and/or natural resources sectors
- The ability to operate confidently within a high-performing international team
