Job Description Summary:
You'll join Nadara's Valuation team, the quantitative engine behind the company's investment decisions.
Your primary responsibility will be building and developing project finance models used to value renewable energy projects and portfolios, support acquisitions, assess strategic initiatives and prepare investment cases for Senior Management and the Investment Committee.
Beyond project-level modelling, you'll also contribute to the Group's strategic valuation framework by supporting the development and maintenance of integrated valuation models used to assess the overall business, long-term value creation, strategic initiatives and the Group Business Plan.
This is a highly technical role with direct business impact. The financial models you build will form the foundation of investment decisions involving hundreds of millions of euros.
Job Description:
What you'll do
- Build robust project finance models from scratch for wind, solar and storage projects
- Develop debt sizing, debt sculpting, financing waterfalls, covenant modelling, refinancing scenarios and sensitivity analyses
- Perform DCF and NAV valuations for individual assets and renewable energy portfolios
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Group's strategic valuation model, supporting business planning, portfolio valuation and long-term strategic analysis
- Prepare investment analyses and business cases for Senior Management and the Investment Committee
- Support M&A transactions through financial analysis, scenario modelling and valuation workstreams
- Challenge commercial, technical and financing assumptions to assess project value and risk
- Continuously improve modelling standards, transparency and analytical quality across the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
