LAW Absolute Job Opportunity

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 50 city firm whose market-leading projects team is looking for a banking and finance lawyer to join them on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) starting as soon as possible.

Role Overview

You will have experience of advising a range of financial institutions, including banks and sponsors, as well as private equity (PE) houses on a diverse range of financings, corporate, trading, and commercial matters. This role sits within the energy and infrastructure sectors, and so you will also have experience of dealing with all banking and finance aspects of investments and acquisitions of these kinds of assets.

Key Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in banking and finance law.
  • Experience in both domestic and cross-border project development work.
  • Strong drafting, negotiating, and client management skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.
