Project Implementation Manager (9-Month FTC)
Salary: From £55,000 per annum
Location: Sutton Support Centre - Hybrid
Contract: 9-Month Fixed Term Contract
We're looking for an experienced Project Implementation Manager to join our Property team and lead the integration of over 170 newly acquired stores into our growing estate.
Reporting to the Property Director, you'll be responsible for coordinating property onboarding, store readiness, lease administration, compliance systems, rebranding projects, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring all implementation workstreams are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and onboarding of newly acquired stores.
- Manage store rebranding, signage, and infrastructure readiness projects.
- Coordinate lease data management within Prolease.
- Support Health & Safety compliance integration through Evotix.
- Track project delivery, risks, and milestones through Monday.com.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
About You
- Proven experience in property project management, store rollouts, or implementation within a retail or commercial estate environment.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident working independently and driving delivery across multiple sites.
- Experience with Monday.com and property management systems.

Desirable: Experience with Prolease, Evotix, and large-scale acquisition or integration projects.
