Are you an experienced Project Interface Lead with a background in project delivery and Facilities Management? We’re recruiting for a Project Interface Lead to coordinate projects within a complex operational environment in Cambridgeshire.

You’ll act as the key link between project teams, contractors, stakeholders, and operational maintenance teams, ensuring works progress smoothly from mobilisation through commissioning and final handover.

The Role

As The Project Interface Lead, You Will

  • Act as the primary interface between project teams, contractors, and operational FM teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to keep project milestones and dependencies on track.
  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, and operational conflicts.
  • Support Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors with project-related technical issues.
  • Coordinate mobilisation, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of actions, risks, decisions, and project progress.

About You

To be successful as the Project Interface Lead, you’ll have:

  • SMSTS – essential.
  • IOSH Managing Safely – essential.
  • Experience coordinating projects within an operational environment.
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of FM, maintenance, or building services operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Experience within complex or secure estates would be advantageous.
