We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate team member to join us as a Project Lead within our Children and Young Peoples Service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience of working with family carers or disadvantaged young people and develop your skills in a supportive, values-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Project Lead

Work alongside the Project Manager to lead the delivery of services for children and young people with caring responsibilities, while managing and supporting a team of Young Carer Advisers.

• Identify, assess, and respond to the needs of young carers, adopting a whole-family approach and connecting families with community-based support to improve wellbeing and achieve sustainable outcomes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational settings and external organisations to create respite and development opportunities, helping young carers build life skills, increase resilience, and achieve positive future outcomes.
