At ElCode, clients come to us with ambitious ideas and complex challenges.
An ELCO is the person who turns those ideas into reality.
You'll understand the client's goals, assemble the right multidisciplinary team from our network, and lead the project from start to finish.
Some projects will come through your own network.
Others will be assigned to you through ElCode.

How projects work
- A client contacts ElCode.
- You meet with them.
- If you're available and believe you're the right person to lead the project, you accept.
- You assemble your multidisciplinary team.
- Everyone agrees on responsibilities and revenue sharing before work begins.
- You lead delivery from start to finish.

What you'll do
As an ELCO, you'll:
- Meet with clients to understand their goals.
- Scope projects, timelines and budgets.
- Assemble the right team from the ElCode network.
- Lead communication and execution.
- Deliver successful outcomes.
- Grow long-term relationships with clients.

Revenue
Every completed project is shared fairly.
- 20% -> ELCO (Project Lead)
- For leading and managing the project.
- 70% -> Delivery Team
- Shared among the specialists contributing to the project.
- 10% -> ELCA
- Support operations for all projects.
