An ELCO is the person who turns those ideas into reality.
You'll understand the client's goals, assemble the right multidisciplinary team from our network, and lead the project from start to finish.
Some projects will come through your own network.
Others will be assigned to you through ElCode.

- You assemble your multidisciplinary team.

Types of projects
We specialise on software solutions, but we want to have capacity to help anyone for any problem.
With a growing and diverse network of freelancers we hope that we can easily assemble multi-disciplinary teams to solve any problem.
What you'll do
As an ELCO, you'll:
- Meet with clients to understand their goals.
- Scope projects, timelines and budgets.
- Assemble the right team from the ElCode network.
- Lead communication and execution.
- Deliver successful outcomes.
- Grow long-term relationships with clients.

Every completed project is shared fairly.
- 20% -> ELCO (Project Lead)
- For leading and managing the project.
- 70% -> Delivery Team
- Shared among the specialists contributing to the project.
- 10% -> ELCA
- Support operations for all projects.
