Responsibilities
- Developing project plans
- Managing timelines, budgets, and risks
- Overseeing WMS, WCS, robotics, and automation implementations
- Ensuring seamless system integration
- Maintaining strong stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Providing clear progress reporting
- Following project governance standards
- Managing financial controls and change processes
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across logistics and warehouse operations
