Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead mission-critical Data Center and Infrastructure Migration programs for a leading global investment banking client. You will drive large-scale technology transformations with precision, ensuring minimal risk and full alignment with enterprise banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex IT projects focused on Data Center and Infrastructure Migrations aligned with business goals.
  • Manage project governance including budget control, risk management, scope maintenance, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and securing approvals at critical milestones.
  • Optimize resource allocation and enhance team productivity.
  • Track progress using advanced project management tools and report outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.

  • Experience: 5–10 years in IT project management, specifically in Infrastructure and Data Center domains within the Financial Sector.
  • Mandatory Skill: PMO frameworks proficiency.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management experience for large-scale IT projects.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Advantage: ITIL Incident Management knowledge and Power BI/Data Analysis experience.
