Meraki Talent are supporting a leading, highly regulated financial services organisation seeking an experienced Project Lead to support a significant programme of change across Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Operational Resilience. The Project Lead – Third-Party Risk & Resilience will focus on enhancing and redesigning third-party risk and resilience capabilities, including supplier assurance, resilience testing, supplier exit planning, concentration risk, supplier dependencies and third-party governance and will assess current-state processes and controls, design future-state solutions and support their implementation across a complex supplier environment.

Responsibilities of the Project Lead – Third-Party Risk & Resilience
- Lead projects focused on TPRM and Operational Resilience improvement.
- Develop and enhance supplier assurance, resilience and testing frameworks.
- Review and redesign processes covering supplier exit, concentration risk, single-source dependencies and nth-party risk.
- Embed resilience and risk considerations across the supplier lifecycle and sourcing process.
- Identify process, control and data gaps and develop practical solutions.
- Establish effective governance, decision-making and escalation frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, AI and data to improve risk insight and scalability.
Background of the Project Lead – Third-Party Risk & Resilience
- Strong experience across Third-Party Risk, Operational Resilience, Supplier Risk or Outsourcing, ideally within financial services.
- Proven experience delivering TPRM, resilience or risk transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of third-party, fourth-party and nth-party risk, supplier dependencies and concentration risk.
- Experience designing and implementing risk frameworks, processes, controls or operating models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry expectations around outsourcing, operational resilience and third-party risk.
