Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our London office. In this role, you will lead space planning projects from initial planning through to delivery. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop efficient, functional, and design-focused spaces.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead space planning and workplace projects from concept through completion
  • Develop space plans, test fits, layouts, and programming studies based on client requirements
  • Manage project scope, programme, and overall delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand space planning needs, occupancy requirements, and design objectives
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
  • Review drawings and documentation for accuracy, functionality, and coordination
  • Lead client and project meetings and communicate project updates and decisions
  • Identify and resolve planning, design, and coordination issues
  • Mentor junior team members and support the development of space planning standards
  • Ensure projects meet relevant UK regulations, accessibility requirements, and client standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; or a track record of equivalent professional experience in spatial design
  • Architectural experience or space planning experience with proven project leadership experience
  • Experience with a high volume of retail space planning, test fits, and design development
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant space-planning tools
  • Understanding of UK building regulations and standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organisational, and project management skills

Nice to have

  • Architects Registration Board (ARB) and/ or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)
